Note: As Bheem Platform provides digital software services and solutions, this shipping policy applies to physical merchandise, documentation, hardware components, and any tangible products that may be shipped to customers.

1. Digital Product Delivery

Most of our products and services are delivered digitally:

  • Software licenses are delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation
  • Access credentials are provided within 1-2 business hours
  • Digital downloads are available instantly through your account dashboard
  • Cloud services are activated within 24 hours of subscription

2. Physical Product Shipping

For physical products (hardware, printed materials, branded merchandise):

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
  • Custom or personalized items may require 5-7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships
  • You can track your order status in your account dashboard
  • For express and priority shipping, real-time tracking is available
  • Contact support if you haven't received tracking info within 48 hours of shipping

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain restrictions apply:

  • Hardware components may be subject to export controls
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for express or priority deliveries

6. Customs and Import Duties

  • Refusal of packages due to customs fees will not result in a refund of shipping costs

  • Photos of damaged items may be required for claims

  • Once shipped, address changes may incur additional fees
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
